About Our Products
All products sold at our store are shipped directly from the country of production to Japan. The process is as follows:
Order Reception → Factory Processes Order → Shipment to Customer
If the total amount of your order is approximately ¥16,666 or more, consumption tax and customs duties may apply to the product price. Additionally, if items are shipped separately from the same sender to the same recipient during the same period, the total of these items may be subject to taxation. The delivery person will collect any applicable taxes upon delivery.
Please note that after placing your order, there is a possibility that we may have to cancel it due to stock availability. In such cases, we will process a refund.
Due to production timing, there may be slight changes in design or materials during the process. If you are particular about minor details or seeking a perfect product, we kindly ask you to refrain from making a purchase.
Please be aware that, due to the nature of viewing on computers and mobile devices, the colors of the product images may differ slightly from the actual colors. We cannot consider color discrepancies as defects.
To offer our products at more affordable prices, we prioritize simplified inspections and packaging. Therefore, we will not accept cancellations based on the reasons mentioned above.

We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates, such as "Please deliver by [date]" or any shipping-related requests in the comments section.
Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests mentioned in the comments section, so contact us in advance.
When placing an order, please be sure to enter both your last name and first name. If only the last name or first name is provided, we cannot process customs clearance, which may result in a longer delivery time for confirmation of your full name.
We generally do not accommodate address changes after the order has been placed, so please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase. Additionally, please be aware that we cannot accept cancellations if there is an error in the number of items ordered.

Regarding Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
Please note that we do not accept any changes, cancellations, refunds, or returns due to customer convenience after payment has been made.
If the product received is different from what you purchased or if there are significant defects, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the defective parts. For unused items, we will arrange an exchange at our expense for shipping. However:
If the same product is in stock, we will proceed with the exchange.
If the same product is out of stock, we will promptly issue a refund.
